Appointments

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 0900 and 1500 hours. The length of the appointment varies with the nature of the problem as well as whether you are being seen for the first time or for a follow-up visit. We encourage everyone to bring a complete list of their current medications to the visit as well as a copy of their insurance card(s).

If you are a new patient, you will be asked to fill out a patient questionaire. This is currently done over the telephone. If you are unable to complete this over the phone, other arrangements will be made. We also encourage you to show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow extra time for your registration.

We are aware of individual(s) telling our current and potential patients that we are not accepting new patients, that it takes up to 6 months to get an appointment here and other mistruths and misconceptions about being seen in our clinic. This is something we cannot control although we have lodged complaints against some individual(s) regarding these mistruths. These are particularly bothersome since some of the person(s) involved are medical professionals. If you feel you have been told such a mistruth, please advise us as to the person(s) involved and the circumstances. Thank you.
