Office Staff
Tracy Blotsky
Tracy is the Office Manager of The Clinic. She joined the Clinic in March of 1990. She is responsible for the managerial duties of the
office to keep things running smoothly along with the bookkeeping and insurance filing. She helps out with
the telephones and scheduling. Tracy moved to Helena in 1984 accompanied by her
husband, Mike, who works for the State of Montana. She and her husband have one daughter, Kendra.

Janice McGimpsey
Jan moved to Helena from Lewistown in 2005 with her husband Jim. She has one son
and three daughters. She has worked in the medical field for 14 years primarily
as a receptionist in an office setting. She has previously worked in the fields
of Optometry, Family Practice and Oncology prior to beginning her work at our
clinic in early 2008. She enjoys working in her flower garden, spending time
with her family and hiking in the mountains.

Stephanie wondering what's next.

Stephanie Yulga
Stephanie was a graduate of the University of Montana-Helena College of
Technology in 2003. While she was attending school she worked part-time in
the front office of the Clinic. Stephanie has continue pursuing her education
and is now a full-time nursing student at Carroll College pursuing her degree in
nursing (R.N.) She works part-time in the front office and also assists our full
time nurses. Prior to moving to Helena, Stephanie lived in
Bozeman with her parents, two brothers and a dog. She moved to Helena in 2001 to
go to college. Stephanie enjoys walking, hiking, swimming, being in the sun,
camping and boating.
Janet Paustian, C.P.A., J.D.
Dr. Paustian’s wife, Jan, is the Financial Manager for the Clinic and works
mostly behind the scenes in that mysterious world of telecommuting. She works on
special projects and reports and does the overall financial planning and tax
reporting for the Clinic and for the employee retirement plan. She also assists
other office personnel when needed.
A graduate of Indiana University, Jan is a Certified Public Accountant and
practiced tax accounting with an international accounting firm and also a
Montana based accounting firm for a number of years. She also has a law degree
from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Jan and Dr. Paustian have two sons,
Ryan and Sean and a dog named Gunnar.
