Do you feel you are having cardiac-related problems? Are you interested in setting up
an appointment to see Dr. Paustian? The process is a simple one.
You simply have to let us know! You may be seen at our
clinic without a referral from another physician.
With a referral from your primary
physician, you may be seen in as little as
several hours if symptoms mandate.
If calling without a referral and you think that you need
seen soon, we will have you discuss your situation with
one of our experienced nurses and will get you in as soon as our schedule permits. Dr. Paustian takes appointments
Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Tuesday and Thursday are his hospital days when he does
procedures at St. Peter's Hospital or the Veterans Administration Hospital). You may call
the office anytime Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST) at (406) 449-7943 to arrange an appointment.
When calling the office to set up an appointment we will request some brief information
such as your name, phone number, date of birth, social security number, primary physician
and any symptoms you are having. If you have seen physicians in the past for your heart
problems, it is very helpful that you obtain any records (heart-related) before your visit
with Dr. Paustian. We will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining these records
from other physicians and hospitals.
Also, please bring a complete list of the prescription medications you are
taking (including the strength and how many times this is taken daily). Please be sure to
include in the list any over-the-counter or herbal medications you may be taking.
